1.) WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL SPECTRUM, BROAD SPECTRUM, AND ISOLATE CBD?
FULL SPECTRUMFull Spectrum products that contain all of the plant’s naturally-occurring compounds. This includes other cannabinoids, terpenes and fatty acids, as well as, having THC.
BROAD SPECTRUMBroad Spectrum products are a blend of cannabinoids, terpenes and fatty acids that naturally occur in the hemp plant. An extraction process is utilized to remove the THC compound, while maintaining substantial levels of other valuable cannabinoids.
CBD ISOLATEIsolate products contain only CBD that has been isolated from all the other components of the hemp plant. The extraction process used, removes all of the other cannabinoids, including THC, as well as, terpenes and waxes, leaving just pure isolated CBD.
2.) WILL HUMBLE CBD PRODUCTS GET ME HIGH?
Humble CBD products are non-psychoactive.
3.) DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE THC IN THEM?
Each of our products are third party lab tested and contain non-detectable levels of Delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol.
4.) WHAT KIND OF TESTS DO YOU RUN ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Each product is third-party lab tested and guaranteed to be free of contaminants like heavy metals, bacteria, microbial life, mycotoxins and pesticides. We also test for potency.

7.) DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
No we do not at this time. This includes APO or military branch addresses. Please contact us to find a local distributor in your area.
8.) HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Normally you can expect your order to deliver within 3-5 business days depending on where you live. This also depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. The package will ship after our 1-3 day business processing period.
9.) DO YOU REALLY SHIP SAME DAY?
Yes! If a package is purchased with rushed Priority Shipping the package will be shipped out same day. We try our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. There are exceptions due to holidays, and influx of orders. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday until 2pm.
10.) I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER, BUT IT HASN'T UPDATED. WHAT'S GOING ON?
Once you receive an email with your tracking number, allow some time for updating before you check it. USPS tracking can take 24 - 48 hours to update in the system. Once the package is scanned in and given a route destination, the tracking should begin to update. Priority Mail will generally get your package to you 1-2 days sooner than our “free shipping” option. If you do not receive an email, please make sure your email address was entered correctly in your account.
11.) I ORDERED ON A FRIDAY, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY TRACKING NUMBER?
If an order is made on a Friday, the order may carry over past the weekend to be fulfilled on Monday or Tuesday. Humble is closed over the weekend, at Humble we will process and fulfill the order as quick as possible when we return!
